Since 1956 "The Cheese Corner" has been a destination for cheese lovers from near and far, keeping with that same tradition, Brick Schoolhouse Cheese and Bread offers fresh off the block, mild to 15+ year cheddars made here in NY from Golden Age Cheese Company. If you'd like to add some bread to your fresh cheese, I also carry delicious artisan breads from Amazing Grains Bakery, also freshly baked locally.
